  1. Magicianspectres

3 Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer 3 Majespecter Raccoon - Bunbuku 3 Majespecter Fox - Kyubi 2 Majespecter Cat - Nekomata 2 Majespecter Crow - Yata 3 Performapal Skullcrobat Joker 2 Wisdom-Eye Magician 2 Dragonpulse Magician 2 Dragonpit Magician 2 Nobledragon Magician   3 Pendulum Call 3 Majesty's Pegasus 2 Mystical Space Typhoon 1 Majespecter Storm 1 Majespecter Cyclone 1 Raigeki   2 Majespecter Tempest 1 Majespecter Tornado 1 Vanity's Emptiness 1 Solemn Warning   EXTRA: 1 Abyss Dweller 1 Castel the Skyblaster Musketeer 1 Cairngorgon, Antiluminescent Knight 1 Daigusto Emeral 1 Gagaga Cowboy 1 Diamond Dire Wolf 1 Downerd Magician 1 Majester Paladin, the Ascending Dracoslayer 1 Number 103: Ragnazero 1 Diamond Crab King 1 Performage Trapeze Magician 1 Totem Bird 2 Ignister Prominence, the Blasting Dracoslayer 1 Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon     Still in the testing phase, I know this could use a lot of work but for right now, the deck aims to use the magicians as scales while using the majespecters are you primary offense. It's been testing pretty well but like I said, could use some work, especially the extra deck. As far as main deck goes, I would be likely to add Maxx "C" or Instant Fusion probably Wavering Eyes as well, if I had the room.
  2.   MONSTERS:   2 Photon Thrasher This card's effect closely resembles the first effect of Assault Halberd, only switched. An excellent first play, baiting out removal and setting up for a Rank 4.   3 Star Seraph Sceptre Stratos of the deck, and an ideal Normal Summon. You all know the combo so well, so there's no point in explaining it.   3 Star Seraph Sovereignty I have a love hate relationship with Chairs. On the one hand, if you open with Stick/Chair, then you are going to get an easy plus three right off the bat. Drawing it alone sucks, but you can also pair it with another copy for a quick draw and a possible Rank 4 with 3 materials.   2 Heroic Champion - Assault Halberd Cyber Dragon for Rank 4 Summons, this guy packs a serious punch with 1800 ATK and piercing. I kind of want to run three, but I can't justify it as its not spammable. Searching out another copy is nice I guess, but I think I got the ratio of this one right.   1 Heroic Champion - Thousand Blades Keeps on coming back as long as you take damage. The combo: Trick Clown and Thousand Blades attached to an Xyz monster that requires you to detach two to activate it's effect. After your monster's eff resolves, bring back Trick Clown, take 1000 damage, THEN bring back Thousand Blades for another Xyz summon. Broken!   3 Performage Hat Tricker I know three seems like a lot, but the ability to spam the field with this guy is impressive. You could use its second effect to your advantage with Trick Clown, but the chance of that happening is highly unlikely. Use this card to set up for the deck's power plays   2 Performage Damage Juggler So about my Burn matchup? Juggler allows me to prevent battle/effect damage while at the same time providing an avenue to search out my combo pieces. Pretty good card, and an obvious staple for the archetype   1 Performage Trick Clown Don't run more than one copy of this card. Two is garbage. Trick Clown is a lets you set up a second/third Rank 4 play.     SPELLS:   1 Raigeki A fan favorite, Raigeki clears away intimidating boards from decks like Shaddolls and Burning Abyss. Broken.   1 Book of Moon This card, in my opinion, is one of the most utility based cards in the game. However, I mostly use it as defense. Pretty much good against everything except Nekroz.   1 Soul Charge Is your graveyard starting to look more like your deck? Afraid that you've used all your resources and your opponent still isn't dead? Thank you Soul Charge! On top of all that, it can be used for slight plays as well, since you choose the amount of life you pay.   2 Mystical Space Typhoon Base S/T removal, it gets in there all the time. Some people might argue that its more of a side deck card, but Vanity's Emptiness is still a threat to any deck that needs to Special Summon to win, so MST for me is an absolute must.   3 Reinforcement of the Army I was wondering if three RotA was too many with Mistake running rampant and having only five targets. But the card is ridiculous, and the ability to have access to almost any combo piece I need (ALMOST, damn Fairies) is invaluable.   3 Upstart Goblin CAN I BE A DEMON SOMEDAY DADDY!?     TRAPS:   1 Vanity's Emptiness The legal version of Royal Oppression, there is no reason for any deck not to run this card, unless you're running Exodia or some kind of turbo draw. This is the only floodgate this deck has.   2 Fiendish Chain Very close to a staple trap, Fiendish Chain stops key plays from your opponent and could possibly buy you another turn if you use it right.   2 Breakthrough Skill Great for its graveyard effect, and just another card to do what your Traps are meant to do: keep you in the game.   2 Call of the Haunted If you've already searched out a Chair but are running low on Sticks, Call is just the card you need to get your engine going. While it is admittedly dead early game, it could end up saving you or setting up for plays later on. Two is where it stays though.   1 Solemn Warning Denko Sekka is a card.   1 Bottomless Trap Hole Easy removal, it was either this or Ring of Destruction, and I always regret taking all of that damage when I'm already paying for Soul Charge and taking damage from Trick Clown   2 Mirror Force Another fan favorite and great for mass removal, Mirror Force is what closes out this deck. Often your opponent won't even expect it, but lets be real, everyone knows this card is a threat.   Hope you enjoy reading
  3. Any format where Gateway or Spellbook of Judgment was legal. Dark Armed Return format was pretty fucking terrible. Oh, and Inzektors.
  4. Madolche~!

Bump. Took out the Hands and the Wiretaps, added Cardcars and Effect Veiler. What do you guys think of this version? Most of you didn't like the other deck, so I'm curious.
  5. July 2015 Speculation Thread

    So there's no July list?
  6. The war section

YUGIOH GYM LEADERS!!!   The possibilities are endless as long as DN exists. Even a large scale swiss tournament sounds cool right about now.
  7. The war section

DN is the perfect place to war duel. Someone just needs to rally the troops
  8. This ones from the book of Genesis

  9. The war section

Even a thread in the announcement section would suffice. Maybe after the new list (if we get one next month) we could start using current format for warring. It would also be a great test of skill. There might be some prodigies here no one even knows about. I remember when there were actually internet duelists who were known for their great online YGO.  After all, this is "DuelistGroundz"
  10. The war section

Perhaps! We could start with an activity thread and see how many people are willing to war in the current YGO format. Then, we start a "Team Registration" thread, and see how many teams can get approved. If all goes according to plan, we have 4 teams of like, 5 people warring. Other duelists will see this and want to war as well, and before you know it, boom! We have like 8 or more teams. This is a best case scenario and my suggestion, I dont know how viable it is as an idea.
  11. The war section

That's a crying shame because there's so much potential for teams and wars.
  12. The war section

I wanna bring this back up. Dueling Network is a perfect avenue for warring in this format, better than YVD ever was. So why is it that the warring section is so dead with such an easy way to make warring fun and easy (logs? no problem!)
  13. Want an even worse thought? One day we're all gonna be 50-60 years old. Should this game still be alive, how many of us will still be attending events?
