  4. The kozmo match up is the hardest match up. You have to utopia the fuck out of them. I think playing my list from arg richmond will let you have a better match up because you can use cards like Stardust and Void ogre to negate kozmojo and dark destroyer when attacking over other ships with utopia. The rank 4 build is very limited to the plays it can make. The monarch match up is really good because they have to draw stormforth and if you can turn 1 void ogre then you can negate it. Another reason why i prefer the malicious plague build is because it allows you to side maxx c and veiler. The conflict between hand traps and bubbleman is too real and it sucks. Instant fusion is hands down the best card in the deck and should be ran as a 3 of. Its a free rank 4 and a shadow mist search. Running malicious also opens up for twin twisters plays that are plus 1. Overall i think the rank 4 build is subpar compared to the destiny hero build i played.
  5. i want to write a tournament report but i already forgot everything that happened. Went 6-0 and tied the last 2 rounds. Drew broken against Hoban in top 16. The deck has great match ups against everything, kozmos is a bit iffy depending on draws. This version of heroes is far better than the goblinberge rank 4 version that just folds to dark hole and twin twister.

Pair top cut matches by seeding the highest ranked player against the lowest, then the next highest remaining player against the lowest remaining, and so on. Pairings continue in a bracketed advancement. Mandatory Decklist: Each player must present a Decklist completely and properly filled out and subject to random deck checks throughout the entire tournament. Each Swiss Round will be timed and last 40 minutes. End of Round Procedure: - When time is called please take note of the current turn. This turn will be turn 0 in time. Turns will continue 1, 2, 3 and at the end of turn 3 the person with the most damage is the loser. If damage is tied at the end of the 3rd turn please continue until more damage is dealt. Healing a card on your turn (Tied Damage) putting yourself at less damage wins them the game at this point. - If time is called and players are in game 1 of their match (please follow the 0-3 rule), the person with the most damage would lose and the winner of that game would also be the winner of the match. - Now if time is called and both players are left with 1 game win each (post 0-3 rule) then the match would be declared a draw. (THIS IS FOR SWISS ONLY) - In Top cut if time is called and both players are left with 1 game win each (post 0-3 rule) then the players will start game 3 and allow 3 turns each. At the end of 6 turns check damage and the person with the most damage loses the game. If damage is tied at this point please continue until damage is applied for a winner. - Please note that there is no 10 minute rule for end of match procedures unlike bushiroad. Please take note that SLOW PLAY is not encouraged and you should take note if slow play is occurring in any of these manners. Roll Die to determine who has the "choice" to go first. Games 2 and Games 3 the loser decides if they go first or second. Intentional Draws or Unintentional Draws are 1 point in the scoring system. Win 3 points, Ties 1 Point, Loss 0 Points.  It is the player's responsibility to check pairings and verify their points are correct from the previous round, all scoring dependencies must be bought to the scorekeeper, head judge or tournament organizer before the next round starts.
