  1. Another fellow angel for Meltiel and co. Angel Sage Minerva LIGHT/Fairy Level 4 1700/400 (1) Each time a Counter Trap Card is activated, this card gains 500 ATK immediately after it resolves, also if The Sanctuary in the Sky is on the field, choose 1 Counter Trap Card from your Graveyard with a different name than the Counter Trap Card that was activated and add it to your hand. Note: The “Minerva” in this card’s JP name (ミネルヴァ) is not the same as the one in Minerva, the Exalted Lightsworn’s name (ミネルバ). This may lead to a spelling difference in the future. 6. Want to know what cards changed and how? Cyber Dragon If only your opponent controls a monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). (This shortens up the summoning condition) Exarion Universe During your Battle Step, if this card attacks a Defense Position monster: You can make this card lose exactly 400 ATK, and if it does, it will inflict piercing battle damage. These effects last until the end of this turn. (“piercing battle damage to your opponent” is being changed to just say “piercing battle damage”) Marauding Captain Your opponent cannot target Warrior monsters for attacks, except this one. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. (“face-up” has been removed from the attack target restriction and “-Type” has been removed when following a monster type) Sangan If this card is sent from the field to the GY: Add 1 monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand, but you cannot activate cards, or the effects of cards, with that name for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of “Sangan” once per turn. (This is part of the Graveyard to “GY” change) Kuribandit During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; excavate the top 5 cards of your Deck, you can add 1 excavated Spell/Trap to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the GY. After damage calculation, if this card was attacked, and was face-down at the start of the Damage Step: The attacking player takes 1000 damage. (The order of these two effects was reversed) Cardcar D Cannot be Special Summoned. During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; draw 2 cards, then it becomes the End Phase. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect. (“End Phase of this turn” has been changed to “End Phase”) Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter FLIP: Apply these effects (simultaneously). You can destroy 1 card on the field. Send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the GY. (This now applies both effects simultaneously rather than sequentially and the first effect no longer targets) Swift Scarecrow When an opponent’s monster declares a direct attack (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; negate the attack, then end the Battle Phase. (This is part of the “(Quick Effect)” clarification being added to quick effects) Effect Veiler During your opponent’s Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; that face-up monster your opponent controls has its effects negated until the end of this turn. (This is a “(Quick Effect)” and a “GY” change.) Monster Reincarnation Discard 1 card, then target 1 monster in your GY; add it to your hand. (This is another “GY” change) Mystical Space Typhoon Target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy that target. (“Spell/Trap Card” is now just “Spell/Trap”) Forbidden Lance Target 1 face-up monster on the field; this turn, that target loses 800 ATK, but is unaffected by the effects of other Spells/Traps. (“Field Spell Card” was shortened to “Field Spell”) Jar of Avarice Target 5 cards in your GY, except “Jar of Avarice”; shuffle all 5 into the Deck, then draw 1 card.
