1. All cards are from one small box (1 Reset required). Cards came from 1 box set,Mokuba Bingo, level up (Mai, Odion, Keith),log in tickets, and Ranked Duelist Tickets. Doesn't require farming. Skill:Beatdown Monsters:12 3x Naturia Hydrangea 3x Naturia Marron 3x Naturia Pumpkin 3x Naturia Stag Beetle Spells:6 1x Anti-Magic Arrows 3x Enemy Controller (1 from Mokuba Bingo and 2 from the Log in tickets or ranked) 2x Super Rush Headlong Traps:2 1x Exterio's Fang (Replace with something else like Curse of Anubis when you get it) 1x Windstorm of Etaqua Pros: Is a really cheap deck. Can get you to Legend and KOG very quickly. Cons: Very bricky. Other Cards You Can Add Curse of Anubis Metalmorph Wall of Disruption Don't bother getting Naturia Pineapple (Yes it helps the deck but is a rare in a shitty box set) Floodgate Trap Hole Mirror Wall

Now I won't claim this deck is amazing, it's more of a Bamboo being a good card in a format with heavy trap dekcs more than anything.   A lot of the card choices are actually based off securing and getting off Bamboo, and floating with Cliff/Cherry, and splashing in the usual hands for control, and myrmeleo to search backrow. I'm playing Lances over MST just because it does double as the attack modifier which can come in handy. I still do run Wire-tap, because why it's not needed if the deck is going according to plan, warning is still a bitch and being able to not only negate that but other cards while you don't have Bamboolze is still Important.    Outside of that I feel like most things are standard, you don't really go into the extra deck as much as other decks, and at most it's Dweller or Armades to help deal with clearing Hands, or stuff that is quite situational (tl:dr, rather have it and not need it etc.). I am fixing the side deck at the moment and if anyone does have questions I don't mind answering, but I figured I'd share the deck since it's been a absolute blast to play, and has a pretty damn solid matchup against anything s/t heavy.

Bamboo Shoot is very good at shutting down decks, the only problem is it getting run over or effects (hence the veilers and the chains). Safe zone'd bamboo or beast/barkion is too good, makes people rage quit all the time. Any comments/suggestions? I know naturia is not exactly tier, but I believe it can serve as a sturdy anti-meta deck once the new set comes out, and even in the format today

  5. Gimme Your Soul

Main Deck: 40 3 Naturia Bamboo Shoot 3 Naturia Cliff 3 Naturia Marron 2 Naturia Fruitfly 2 Summoner Monk 1 Sangan 14 3 Terraforming 2 Pot of Duality 2 Forbidden Lance 1 Dark Hole 1 Monster Reborn 1 Heavy Storm 1 Seal of Orichalcos 1 Soul Taker 12 2 Solemn Warning 2 Bottomless Trap Hole 2 Dimensional Prison 2 Call of the Haunted 2 Mirror Force 2 Fiendish Chain 1 Compulsory Evacuation Device 1 Solemn Judgment 14 Extra Deck: 1 Armory Arm 1 Ally of Justice Catastor 1 Gaia Knight The Force of Earth 1 Black Rose Dragon 1 Ancient Fairy Dragon 1 Scrap Dragon 2 Wind-up Zenmaines 1 Leviair the Sea Dragon 1 Number 17: Leviathan Dragon 1 Number 20: Brilliant 1 Number 39: Utopia 1 Photon Papilloperative 1 Maestroke the Symphony Djinn 1 Number 16: Shock Master 15 Good deck for a bit of casual fun. There are quite a few simple but effect plays in the deck but the premise is something like this: - First turn set Cliff - Opponent Runs over Cliff and you search another Cliff - Activate the Seal on your turn destroying Cliff and searching Marron - Marron returns other cliffs and you draw a card - Tribute summon for a 2500 Naturia Bamboo shoot - ???? - Profit Also 2000 attack Cliffs that replace themselves and can almost infinitely cycle due to Marron is kinda sexy. If you're wondering about the 2 Call of the Haunted with only 14 monsters it's because you can summon Marron, send Cliff and set Call of the Haunted. It becomes a free +1 which you can use to search for Fruitfly, Marron, or another Cliff. Summoner Monks are there to deal with the excess Terraformings and search Cliffs out faster. Lance can also be used for monk fodder but makes sure your Cliffs summons stick as Bottomless can really hurt. Fruitfly can soft lock the opponent and is especially effective with the Seal and another Naturia on the field. Fruiftly can also single-handedly steal a Venus, Stratos or Leviathan Dragon. Also makes your Bamboo Shoot even more tank and clears out silly stall cards such as Reaper, Marshmallon, and the Fool. Just a neat little concoction off mine that I thought I'd share with you all. This deck is designed for a more casual player as Chaos Dragons, Wind-ups, Atlantean-Mermails and Inzektors just win too hard and don't really care about a 2500 Bamboo Shoot. Enjoy.
  6. Dark Gaia Frog Monarchs

2x Effect Veiler 3x Swap Frog 2x Treeborn Frog 3x Naturia Cliff 1x Gigantes 1 Sangan 3x Battle Fader 2x Tragoedia 3x Caius the Shadow Monarch 2x Mobius the Frost Monarch 1x Dark Ruler Ha Des 1x Vanity's Fiend 2x Evil HERO Malicious Edge 1x Gorz 3x Dark Calling 3x Enemy COntroller 2x MST 1x Heavy Storm 1x Dark Hole 1x Reborn 2x Torrential Tribute 1x Reckless Greed 27:11:3 = 41 Extra 3 Evil HERO Dark Gaia 1 Evil HERO Malicious Fiend 1 XX Saber Gottoms 1 Inzektor Exa-Beetle Others The deck has some decent engines to thin it out and then drop monarchs and evil hero dark gaia. Dark Gaia is typically the last guy you bring out, or a surprising beatstick when you need control mid-game. The naturia engine is really small, but consistent. I usually have the rocks in grave when i need them before the fiends. Cliff is like a watered down version of Tengu. Maining 2 torrentials is really fun, you can trigger it off summoning a naturia cliff obviously. once they get hit by a torrential in frog monarchs, they will be more hesitant about my bluffs too. Reckless Greed is a really fun card in the deck - you can activate it when you need to dig for cards or at the end of the draw phase, it can work like a pot of duality, while still enabling a treeborn play. It helps remediate those slow, cloggy hands that frog monarchs are known for and can set you up for pushes. It's a good budget option between duality and card car d. xx-Saber Gottoms is a good out in case dark gaia gets veilered too! just summon your own veiler and sync for gottoms! I'd love to fit in a soul exchange, another veiler, or lance or chalice or mst but the deck is tight on space - i could pull out the naturia/dark gaia stuff but i feel like that would be kind of pointless. overall its a fun deck, not too competitive but something fun to play at locals until i get strike bounzer, force focus etc - then i'll do hieratic frog monarchs! EDIT: I'd love to make the deck a little more competitive but don't think I'm good enough as of now to bang out the flaws. I'd appreciate any advice/criticism you have to offer!
