Hyper Librarian 1 Yazi, Evil of the Yang Zing 1 Baxia, Light of the Yang Zing 1 Ancient Fairy Dragon 1 Elder Entity Norden 1 Phonon Pulse Dragon The Synchro Fusionist deck everyone's kinda heard about, but nobody really knows how it works. There are a lot of directions you can go with the deck, but the basic plan for all of them is identical. Make a Hyper Librarian, and draw a bunch of cards while making triple Omega and double Trish, leaving your opponent with 0 cards for their first turn. Sometimes you only get them for 4 cards, but who cares? Nothing in the format besides maybe Infernoid is beating Omegas and a Trish on 2 cards. Trap decks are fucking hard, but thankfully nobody is playing trap decks because although traps got a little better with Scolding, all the non-trap decks just got twin twister so traps still fucking suck. If pendulum decks win the die roll, opt to go first, and drop some bullshit like Traptrix and Infinity turn 1 you just scoop and go to g2. Talk about how your hand had all big ships while siding so they side out their Maxx "C"s and Ghost Ogres, and blow them out game 2. Anyways, the most common build of this deck was popularized by LeBlanc. He was playing Brilliant Fusion with Gem-Knight Lazuli and Clowns, but all of those cards are fucking garbage so I'm playing cards like Speedroid Terrortop and Chicken Game which do way more for this deck. Terrortop lets you normal summon anything level 7 or lower from your extra deck, most commonly Tatsunoko, Librarian, and Accel Synchron. Chicken Game is an Upstart Goblin that combos with Ancient Fairy Dragon, and since you have Baxia to pop Chicken Game you're never passing the turn with it in play. Reasoning is the worst card in the deck that I'm pretty sure you have to play. It's so good an unbricking you, as the extra summon is usually all you need to get going regardless of what you hit. Most of the time they'll blind call either 1 or 8, so you're fine, but if they catch on and start calling 3 they can get stupidly lucky and cause some problems. Milling Re-Fusion also makes you want to commit suicide sometimes, and one time I milled all 3 of my Instant Fusions and Reasoned into a Synchro Fusionist. So there's that. Post #2 in the thread got negged, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't know what he's talking about, but he might not be wrong about 2nd Jet Synchron. Drawing the Jet when you have a hand that would otherwise be an Accel-first hand, and bricking because of it feels pretty bad. Anyways, this deck is pretty cool. Every hand is a new puzzle, and your matchups against the field are pretty solid. Probably 80ish% of your hands are capable of comboing on 5 cards, which is pretty crazy.
