  2. Hi you guys, I'm trying to reach the first team of my basketball club. Based on a talk with my coach he said to lose some fat and gain muscle and I would make the cut. I'm using his advice by eating clean and working out a lot. I currently online working out in my home gym, there are some simple things i can't do in there but the most stuff I have But I'm not sure if my routine is too busy or just plain wrong My current schedule: Monday: 2.0 Hours Basketball (recreational/volunteer work) 1.5 Hours Leg/Triceps Training Tuesday: 1.5 Hours Bicycle (Mediocre speed) 1.5 Hours Basketball (Practice) Wednesday: 1.5 Hours Basketball (recreational/volunteer work) 1.5 Hours Back/Chest Training Thursday: Rest Friday: 1.5 Hours Biceps/Abs Training 2.0 Hours Basketball (Practice) Weekend: Depending on which day i play my match the Schedule Change Match Day: X.X Hours Basketball (Game) Not Match Day: X.X Hours Complete body work out (Cardio and Weights) (doing the basics, Threadmill, Row-machinem Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts all the basic. All in a low gear but I just like to train) I hope you guys can help me of some sort. Thanks in advance
