For those wondering what's up with the map... okay, Worlds is to be held in the Tokyo Mid-Town Hall at Tokyo Mid-Town.

Konami's noting you can't arrive beforehand. The Tournament is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both days.

They mention taking care of your lugage, and that they aren't responsible for any thefts. During the Tournament, you can and will be interveiwed. Because you will be photographed and streamed, Konami and their bros will have to determine if anything you do or say or wear is appropriate. Trading and Vending between visitors, in and outside the card room are banned. Eating during the tournament is banned. Don't be a nuisance and don't change your clothes in public, I think. Although part of the facility is allowed to the general public, the public are banned from invitation only areas.

Location 1 is the Event State where you can watch the state of each game on the Big Screen. Be on the look out for Special Events and Guests that will explain the matches.

Location 2 is the General Dueling Area (Duel Corner) for the non-Age Limit part of the tournament.

Location 3 is the Duel Corner for Elementary School and younger. Also installed is an area for parents to keep an eye on their children.

Location 4 is an exhibtiion of Kazuki's Duel Art pictures in bigger blown-up forms as an art exhibit.

Location 5 is a Commorative Photograph Corner where you can get a picture of yourself as a Yu-Gi-Oh! Card, it's also recommended to bring your Camera Phones and Cameras to take pictures.

Location 6 is some sort of Game Corner with a Darts like game you can play, if you don't know how to YGO.

Location 7 is an Exhibit showing 10 years of Yu-Gi-Oh! Worlds history.

Location 8 is the Trophy Display Area.

Location 9 is where the Finalists will be introduced.

Location 10 is where Surveys will be handled.

Notes on Participants:
For General Matches, the Finalists Consist of:
5 Japanese
7 Asians from Elsewhere
6 North Americans
2 South Americans
4 Europeans
2 People from Oceania

For Juniors:
3 Japanese
2 Asians from Elsewhere
2 North Americans
2 South Americans
2 Europeans
1 Person from Oceania

Doesn't look like the TCG is getting the same sweet treatment.
If nobody else is doing an english restream of this, I might.

Straight from the premises?

Ehhh, I'd expect Sheuisha and Konami will curbstomp that. The two companies likely have contractual first dibs that were signed and dotted months ago, and will frown on anyone taking away their right to Stream/Profit with regards to Worlds.

no, just open up the japanese stream and commentate on what they are showing on that. idgaf about profit, idk how to even setup ads on streaming sites, it's more for fun than anything else. Obviously this is pointless if they have an english stream too, but I kinda doubt they will at this point. Worst case, they make me take the video off, then people just open both streams, muting the japanese stream and listening to the english commentary with no video. I can get more people in on it with skype if anyone else is interested.

... That'd be cool. Not sure how it'll work with regards to that specifically, just I figure if they see a camera that can stream on tournament premises that they didn't authorize, they'll divekick and tackle it to the ground or something.

well yeah, you aren't in the venue though. You just take their stream and restream it with different audio, it gets pretty difficult to divekick that off, especially when you can just get rid of the video alltogether.

What time zone are those times in the OP in?

Japanese Standard Time and Eastern Standard Time. Hope that helps. Basically for anyone in the US, it's going to be an evening~late night affair.

No big. I just didn't see it here, and since this is a major thing, thought it might be relevant. And Streaming the tournament? That's new.

And I tend to go by Ark for short. So.

So theres a password on this now? Wtf
I'm thinking they might be doing a 'mic check' type of thing, since the tournament itself doesn't start for a few days.
