Cauliflower rice  + Soya sauce + seasonings

 

400 grams of this shit is 132 calories. its freed up so many carbs for me and helped me get a bit of finer.

60g sticky toffee pudding whey protein

100g oreos

50g M&Ms chocolate/peanut

100g flour 

200g fat free greek yoghurt

70g truvia

60g apple sauce

 

 

fucking epic. changing it to 75g flour 75g whey protein next time.

 

GOOD AS FUCK. 

 

 

1 server was 11g fat/48g carbs/22g protein i think. not bad for a cutting treat. the next recipe should bring up the macros to 30g, 40g carbs which is perfect for me.

hmmm favorite cutting foods.

i absolutely love chicken but that goes without being mentioned.

i mix a lot of protein powder with things when i'm cutting so like with yogurt and such. 

there is this thinly sliced bread here thats like one slice cut into two. it's pretty brilliant as it only has like 20g of carbs, 5g of fiber, and 3g of protein.

 

 

hmm do u think 1800 is too low or too high? my metabolism is just shit and its torture cutting at 1700-1800 ATM.  Cutting is the worst time of my life. Really strange too but this cut my chest day has got fucked up.  I am two weeks into a cut and I've lost 20lbs on my bench press. I think I might switch delts and chest around as I'm making progress on my shoulders which is strange,

 

 its so annoying too as my appetitive is fucking huge. today i had: 

 

meal 1: oats + strawberries and berries

meal 2: 2 hash browns, 1 crispy pancake, 100calories worth of salad veggie w/dressing (so a shit load), 460g turkey breast, 250g turkey mince and some mashed potato and i can still eat again.

meal 3: microwave sweet popcorn + 2 rice cakes OR 15g of white chocolate toffee popcorn. 

 

 

 

 

 

thinly sliced bread is AMAZING. weight watchers bread comes in at 50 calories a slice and i go to towwwwwn on that bitch 

hmm what flavour protein powder do u use? I'm using white chocolate ATM and its shit lol. 

 

 

sorry i didn't respond earlier. yeah 1800 is really low man, how much do you weigh? i'm currently 215 lbs and cutting at 2800, i couldn't imagine only doing 1800.

 

if you're making progress on your delts rather than your chest on chest day, check your form. chances are you aren't recruiting your chest properly when training.

 

omg yes thinly sliced bread is amazing. i put literally anything on it, beef/chicken/fish/lamb/etc... so fucking good.

 

 

ALWAYS go for either vanilla or chocolate. those are the only two proteins that i feel can be combined with anything.

yeah. i made a mistake once. bought some weird isopure flavor that tasted like pure ass, and you couldn't even fix it by adding other shit to it because it made it taste even more like ass. $50 down the drain, you coudn't even chug that shit down. Vanilla or Chocolate for everything (vanilla really since chocolate fucks with my stomach). I don't even trust strawberry.

Halo Top Creamery Ice Cream. It's 280 calories per pint with a really solid label for people in macro poverty. It also tastes like real ice cream unlike Arctic Zero.

I'm using raspberry cheesecake, vanilla, sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel and pecan pie atm in rotation. 1kg bags, shit is awesome.

SUSHI NORI or whatever its called. seaweed people use for sushi. REPLACE ALL YOUR TORTILLA WRAPS WITH THESE BABIES. 

 

Of course you'd have to like the taste which is fishy but I love the taste of seaweed. 

 

2.5cal per wrap vs 120-180cal tortillas. 

 

Its saved me for when I slash my calories from 1900 to 1600-1700.

I don't know about Sushi Nori. But seaweed I buy never tastes fishy, I mean they make bbq flavored seaweed snacks lol so there are plenty of neutral brands.

But salty is normal.

I use a 60cal pita only sold at Wal-Mart. Made from flax with like 5net carbs. But I usually just avoid.

Fat free sour cream & onion Pringles.

 

They literally taste like normal Pringles. Zero difference. The carbs per serving are insanely low too. I believe like 17g if I remember correctly.

If you have it on your country, check out QUARK. 

 

Its like 12g protein, 3.5 carbs, 0 fat. soft cheese. Add anything which enhances flavour (I add my protein toffee flavour drops) and its AMAZING. dem fuckinnnnnnnng macros! It basically lets me devote more calories to intraworkout carbs + ice cream. 

 

 

My current cutting foods for next shop are:

 

 

 

 

 

Ice Lollies *80 cal or lower ice creams*

sugar free jelly

 

cauliflower rice

red cabbage

lettuce

frozen veggies

 

tuna tinned *less fat than chicken*

 

walden farms thousand island

walden farms sesame

walden farms honey smoked BBQ + splenda for a marinade = epic

 

quark

 

 

Then I'm adding 3 new cereals which i HOPE have volume and shit loads of cookies/biscuits to snack on.

FROZEN FRUIT + QUARK + FLAVORDROPS = EPIC

 

FROZEN FRUIT + LOW FAT/CAL ICE CREAM

 

 

Fuck me frozen fruit has saved me SOOOOO much this past week. Ive found myself at night cheating on my macros. luckily I'm picking up a handful of frozen blueberries or frozen banana watermelon or grapes or mango which is like 10-20 calories rather than a pop tart (250cal) which has saved me.

it might have been said before but a light low cal snack is 50g chocolate protein powder 50g blueberries and a splash of milk and blend it and it makes this purple fluffy shit that's gorgeous

blending any frozen fruit with protein powder makes for some delicious low cal high protein stuff.

Yeah thats a good one too if you're low on protein. However I'd much rather mix it with quark which is basically protein anyway.

 

I have really gone off whey protein and try to avoid it at all costs. 

 

Then again if I weighed 200lbs, I'd be singing a different tune as it would be much harder to hit my protein target then.
