From what I've heard the infernoid player wasn't even good. Amazes me how a shit deck can carry you 16 rounds. Actually unreal

We shouldn't jump to conclusions, not saying that you guys are wrong, heck you may even be correct, but the guy just went 16-0. I think he deserves at least a little credit

I'm not discrediting him, in fact it's the opposite. Drawing and resolving reasoning is auto-win

I meant noids have easy matchup.

Tell that to the literally hundreds of time i;ve resolved reasoning to mill a normal summonable monster of the top. The deck either loves you or it doesn't, and sure as hell doesn't love me. Though i havn't tested with Omega. Recycling noids every single turn seems nutty.

Lol I realize my words soinded harsh I didn't mean it like that. winning a YCS is hard no matter the deck you play, hell I've never done it and most likely never will. Just from what I e heard from friends who were at the event was that the player was not even playing well with a helmet deck, but once again I wasn't there and he's w YCS champion and I'm not

Would got by 16/0 with towers.dek deserve credit?

Hell yea I'd give him credit for winning with a deck with auto win openers. Most of the tournament is won outside the tournament itself. Technical play can only get you so far. If his deck lets him make all those mistakes and still steamroll through people, then that's a pretty amazing deck. I doubt it was just all luck.

these types of questions will never get useful or interesting answers

esp when theres no set date for list

That's literally what I meant. No way technical play is going to get you all the way there you need luck based cards as well and autowins

reminds me of a magic quote

"if u think the winner of a tournament is really bad, then his deck is actually way better than you gave it credit for"

This

if you think somethings THAT broken that someone can be that retarded and win with it, your job as a player is to use it and prove it until no one else disagrees with you
