Gaining weight in under 8 days (hopefully 5 Kg)

14 posts in this topic

Hello all,

I need to gain 5 Kg before a health screening on the 9th of June.

I am currently ~65 Kg and about 175cm (145lbs, 5'9")
My lifestyle is moderately active.

I am not looking to bulk for the sake of fitness or looking good, I just need the weight.
From the research I have done it doesnt look like myfitnesspal provides an option this intense (max 1 lb per week).

So far it doesnt really look plausible outside of this post
-http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156560063

I really dont care how I gain it (whether its through water or I keep weights in my trunks), I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice.

Clinical trials, I can come home with an easy $8 000 while be able to continue all of my other work.

From the research ive done, yeah, this looks like next to impossible outside of eating 4 big mac meals a day.

Assuming your maintenance is 2000 calories a day (prob not lol) 4 big macs = 2160 + 4 medium fries 1520ish, and four medium cokes = 880

3190 calories a day, thatd prob only gain you two pounds of fat with the 2000 calorie maitenance

Meant to say double big mac and wow, even then it wouldnt be enough. I also forgot to calculate the maintenance deficit.
I dont know if this is even humanly possible now.

I've been brainstorming possible diets and I keep saying to myself "how the fuck am I supposed to eat 2K worth of calories in chinese food for lunch", or "where can I fit half a kilo of butter in my diet every day?"

have two major meals and then snack the rest of the day on calorie dense shit

the day of your weigh in go to an all you can eat joint and eat more than you think you can handle. then drink lots of water all the way up to your weigh in

it needs to be as dense as possible or else your stomach wont be able to fit in enough food

you can do this, you just might die trying

10lbs in 1 week will be a little difficult.

Depends what you weighed as your base weight.

Basically eating lots of salty food the day before, drinking lots of water and fizzy drinks, and then on the day eating a lot of food again + water again should pass you over the 10b mark.

My weight fluctuates by 5-6 lbs from AM to PM alone.

I'd just kill off a tub of ben and jerries, a whole cheesecake for dessert everyday, I'd also pour olive oil over any foods which can take them, deep fry what I can, and eat all the fries in the world from maccies.

Remember this guy who gained 24 lbs in a month without even trying by eating at McDonald's and never getting his ass out of the couch? It's unhealthy as fuck but I think it's possibe. However, my advice is don't do it.

Just wanted to provide an update-

Tried this today,

Started the day off with yogurt+granola+kasha+maple syrup+walnuts with a shake.
Then snacked on potato chips with homemade dip thats essentially mayo.

Went out for lunch at a chinese buffet and ate my heart out.

Got really sick and realized this goal is fucked up and I shouldnt be attempting this because my usually diet is on a whole different scale.
