Activate only when your opponent activates a Trap Card. Discard 1 Spell/Trap Cardto Special Summon 1 Level 6 DARK Machine-Type monster from your Deck.

Jinzo is really good against Paleozoics but it's really awkward to summon. ABC can't utilize it very well because it requires a tribute and a normal summon. ABC can barely make Denko work simply by virtue of it being a normal summon, much less Jinzo. Metalfoes have to have scales up to summon Jinzo effectively and Paleo have 6 on theme cards to get rid of scales, the solemn suite, and ASF post board to fuck up pendulum summoning. This card just hoses all of them minus Warning.

What makes this card better than Royal Decree? You have to play & not draw the Jinzo, or even worse: play 2. You never want to discard an s/t Anyway. Hell, what makes this card even better than Twin Twister? This card seems extremely underwhelming. You can't really xyz with the jinzo because then the traps become live again, problem with this card is that it's not a quick play spell.

Not being able to activate, vs. negating the effects of all trap cards is a HUGE difference vs. Paleozoic. It's not really comparable to Decree. Decree also gets tagged by Olenoides and Dinomischus when you're on the draw, where this does not. Twin Twister is fine, but not a blowout card either against the deck where at least a third of its traps are chainable.

Why would you ever xyz with your card that says your opponent's deck now is now 3 Swap Frog and 37 bricks?

Obviously it's a little awkward playing traps to counter the turn 2 combo trap deck, but going first this thing alone is practically unbeatable outside of Swap Frog hands, and going 2nd it probably negates their reckless and makes the rest of their turn really awkward, likely forcing them to make Centauria or Logos rather than go into Opabina for their first xyz.

Do people remember that this card exists?

It's a LV 4, works with Allure, and so on.

Somewhat of a tangent, but I'm not sure if people have caught on to the Utopia Zexal lock deck (maybe because Zexal isn't available outside of North America?), but being a LV 4 or 6 for the combo is worth noting. Igknights are pretty incredible because they are one of the only decks that can easily draw 4+ cards off Balance of Judgment

Jinzo Jector falls to a lot of cards in the Paleo deck, though. It's a normal summon just like Denko and it loses to Canadia, Dinomischus, and Strike. Shockwave being SS2 is what gives it a lot of power.

For what it's worth, this deck won again.

Note, how you can play Beatrice + M7 to search Jinzo, Denko, Psi-Blocker, etc.
