Upcoming gigs you are going to see?

Thought it would be appropriate, people post gigs they are gonna go see and then they can report back telling the rest of the board if the named band was a good live performance.

Dream Theater - October

Bloodhound Gang and Bowling For Soup - November

Also this year, I've seen

Metallica with Mastodon, Machine Head and HIM: Mastodon opened and were amazing, as expected. Blood and Thunder got a HUGE pit. Machine head came next and basically killed my lungs. It was amazing. HIM were next, and they sucked so much they got boo'd off. Then came Metallica, who were unbeliavably good. It was absolutely amazing.

Roger Waters Dark Side Of The Moon Tour: Best show imaginable. Words cannot describe it.

Municipal Waste with SSS: Two of the best indie metal bands of the year, and fuck they get the crowd going. SSS had dudes wearing fucking masks and capes and jumping off EVERYTHING, including my shoulders, the bar, the stage, ladders they brought and set up themself, and speakers. I was like Nazi Germany. Municipal had the same reaction, but also kicked the ladder when someone was on it, poured about 9 pints of lager down someone's throat with a funell, and a lot of other crazy shit.

So yeah that was an awesome show. XD

i saw modern life is war friday. security sucked cuz they were punching kids and pulling people off and away from the stage, and they ripped a friend of mine's shirt. but mliw was good even though the played really short. young widows kind of sucked cuz they sounded a lot like cave in without being cave in, and sioux city pete and the beggars were awesome because they are always awesome.
