Yeah don't wanna cut yet. Wanna make sure I have a really, really legit base. Like probably just gonna bulk until I stretch out large shirts then cut or something.  Maybe start cutting at 100-105kg. Looking really forward to cutting, but need more size first.

Ugh. Fever/muscle aches, no appetite. Diet consisting of Cereal, Bran(for fiber), Coconut Milk Ice Cream, Clif Builder Bars, Fruit Purees,  Multigrain Nachos+Salsa, and some veggies(sugar snap peas/carrots). Super low cal, like 3k.

Oh I love iifym. Just a little over but I don't give a fcuk today :D

Weighed in at 196 today, 199 with clothes on. (~90kg). Don't look 90kg, but don't look fat either...figure I just carry fat well, guessing I'd be 75-80kg lean

Hm. 2.5 Weeks no creatine, 5 days sick, 8 days low cal and down to 187 :(. Starting creatine loading again, ramping cals back up +300 extra per day or so(so should be back at 5500 in under a week), doing a slight deload next week, then back on bulking. Probably going to just bulk until september and then cut down to 8%, so whatever I land at by then will be weight I start cutting...205-215 im guessing

I've found Ice-lollies to be ok as well (pop sickles for you guys from US)

Had the best clean-day ever. Usually my diet consists of 3 small shakes, chicken n rice and red meat with a low carb portion and thts my kcals filled up.

After playing about on myfitnesspal my day looked like this:

1 scoop shake with milk
Flour-less banana pancakes (2 eggs + 1 banana)
2 tins of tuna steak + mayo on 3 sandwich thins
200g Chicken salad, topped w/ light cheese slice
1 scoop shake with milk

If tuna mayo wasn't so bland n effort to make id eat like this every single day!

Post-workout meal

 

 

Immed after : BCAA Shake(50g pro)

30m later : Two elk sausage smokies on hotdog buns w/ olive oil margerine, mustard, honey, 2 cups juice, 2 maple pecan danish, 1 strawberry powder donut, 1 apple fritter, 1 apple crumble donut (~2k cal, 70g pro)

You doing Intermittent fasting zomboid?

Had mince in tomato sauce for breaky n crushed in some tortilla chips for crunch! Nom nom

Had 1/3 of a cheesecake cuz...well... Yolo 750 kcals lol!

A double scoop shake before my workout

PWO meal was insanely good:
2 fresh butterflied chicken breasts 400g with a Cajun spice rub (hand done), topped with low fat cheese slices and BBQ sauce + half a red pepper stuffed with 125g chicken rice! The best meal I've probs ever had :D

Just had a small shake for pre-bed snack.

Ended my week about 500kcals over but I'm really enjoying food atm, especially changing to fresh chicken & adding spices!

My currently macros are 50% pro, 25% carbs + fat on a 1900 kcal diet.

Daily Protein: 230g (1.34g/lb)
Daily Carbs: 121g
Daily Fats: 55g (0.30g/lb)

I'm stressing over the fact that I can only realistically get 220g of protein on a daily basis.

My typical daily macros end up looking like this:
Protein: 220
Carbs: 121
Fats: 55
- All my kcals are used up but I'm 10g protein short.
Why does my fitness pal register like this?
Is this 10g deficit a problem?

really doubt it matters at all.  that being said, add lentils to your diet, or EAA/BCAA. Easy protein

 

 

verrrry late pwo / prebed meal combined

 

 

2 hamburgers on buns w/ margerine + bananas(1kcal)

4 donuts(1kcal, 2 blueberry fritters 1 apple fritter 1 apple crumble)

10tbsp pb

 

 

3k cal 96g protein

 

 

total for day = 5500 cal 250g protein

My standard breakfast

 

200g hamburger on 2 buns(740cal), 3 tbsp olive oil margerine(200cal), honey(60cal), mustard+ketchup(dont count), 2 bananas(180cal), 1 cup juice(120cal), 1 cup ice tea(100cal)

 

1400cal, 55g pro

 

 

Meal Two(4hr later)

 

Same as above minus one banana (1300cal 55g pro)

 

 

 

Might need to start eating dirty cals soon...need to up cals from 5500 to 5700 in a few days. Might just increase lentils, but probably going to have to either add ice tea w/ sugar mixed in or cookies or something.

exam season diet fucking terrible

 

yesterday: 

bowl of chocolate shreddies - 200 calories

protein sludge (milk/pb/whey) + 2 chocolate bars mixed in - 350 calories

1 magnum white ice cream - 250 calories

1/2 tub of B & J - 500 calories

 

1 italian base large chicken sizzler pizza from pizza hut - 2000 calories

1 spicy breaded chicken box from pizza hut - 400 calories

cheesecake from pizza hut - 400 calories

 

so i count that at about 4000 calories. not good tbh. 

 

today:

3 lowish fat sausages  300 cals

riccotta bread 400cals 

mushrooms

mayo, bbq sauce

1/2 tub of ben and jerries cookie dough 450 cals

magnum caramel 350 calories

 

1500 calories all in all so far 

 

going to finish today with 5 sausages and a protein sludge bowl and just pray im within my calories. 

 

 

 

 

exams finish in 6 days, then im going to be back on track!! 

 

 

 

i hate how quickly i gain fat. im growing some nice man titties if i keep this up, i can feel shit getting soft.

i find it hard to believe whey, pb, milk AND 2 chocolate bars comes to 350 calories unless you're having it in shot glasses lol (student so quite possible)

the chocolate bars were like a 2 finger kit kat and a flake to be fair so under 500 is a decentish estimate i guess.
