I've always been wondering about how the rules work for Headbutting/Fishing in Towns.

Though presumably if you do one you cant do the other, and if you want the eevee in goldenrod or celadon or w/e you cant do it there

you cant headbutt/fish in goldenrod though it would just be if you want to get something from the game corner or not. celadon you cant really get anything worthwhile in that pond anyway.
