Tournament Regulations and Expectations:
[+] Players are to understand and adhere to the contents of the Tournament Policy.
[+] YVD 9.1 - Logs aren't mandatory as they lag hard, Screenshot any problems.
[+] 6 rounds of Swiss that will cut to a Top 8 playoff.
[+] Top 8 from IC/ Top 16 from US will advance to Worlds.
[+] Four days per round.
[+] Participants will be PM'd at the start of each Round.
[+] After Round 2, Player's must subscribe to a mailing list if they wish to be contact when Rounds begin.
[+] At the end of Swiss, the Top 8 decklists will be available.
[+] Decklists are due at the end of Round 1 and are to be sent by PM to Kyle Schrader.
[+] You will be able to edit your decklists at the end of Round 5. However it must maintain the same archetype.
[+] Those inactive for two rounds will automatically drop.
[+] Utilize Ctrl + F when searching for your opponent's contact information.
[+] Immediately contact your opponent for the Round via PM to set up a time and date to play.
[+] Unreported Tables after Round closure will be decided by activity.

• If both parties at a table are inactive and do not report prior to round ending - a double match loss will be issued.
• If both parties at a table are active and do not report prior to round ending - a dice roll or coin flip should solve the problem.
• If your opponent does not attempt to contact you, forward the PM you sent them to Kyle Schrader as proof of activeness and attempt of contact.

The Round 1 Pairings have been posted. The Round will end Friday, May 21th, 2010 at approx 11:00PM EST. It may be delayed if I go out Friday night though.
