Has anyone else downloaded the preview for this?
I wanted to create a place to see other peoples thoughts and a place if help is needed.
I find it pretty amazing and fun to toy around with. I have a WIndows Phone and its about the same in look and design. I love Windows Phones so I'm bias.

I have no real complaints about it yet. The only thing I don't like so far is the scrolling on Internet Browsers.
Ive only played around for about 2 hrs too.

nah i asked for rei's opinion on it about two weeks ago and read some negative feedback
i recommend reverting back to windows 7

Yeah, how did you revert back?

doesn't interact well with any non metro app, and metro is ugly and shitty

DING DING DING.
This is supposed to be an All-in-One OS that can be put on both tablets and computers. Which I was excited about, mostly because I called Microsoft doing this when the 360 interface and the Windows Phone 7 interface started to look so god damn similar.
The OS hasn't gone gold yet, and I'm hoping it'll get better before then, because I'm rooting for this to do and be better come the actual release. Though I've been hearing some rumors that there's some legacy code being torn out, which SERIOUSLY worries me, and I hope the rumor is completely false.
