Light, Level 1 - Fiend - 300/200
During either player's turn: You can discard this card and pay 2000Life Points; this turn, any damage you take becomes 0. If this card is in the Graveyard: You can send 1 "Photon" monster from your handto the Graveyard, except "Kuriphoton"; add this card to your hand.
This card has great synergy in decks that run Hope for Escape - like exodia, Final Countdown etc.
I guess it can also save you from getting OTK'd in other decks that run Hope as well, like that Dark World build on here! It's also fuel for BLS in DW and a fiend.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I would say Photon Lizard could get this but that would = Veiler + Warning/Judgment bait, but it is a neat idea regardless.

Not to mention this allows the player to play around Hope for an Escape, should the player need to.

Wow this card seems really cool! A card like this really gives photons some pretty powerful otk prevention, these are the kinds of cards that need to be designed if the game is gonna continue at this speed. Its cost is well designed as well: you still deserve to take alot of damage but you won't get blown out in one turn and it can be reused max 2 more times at the cost of two more photon discards and more life. Photon Saber Tiger, Photon Thrasher, Skill Drain, Kuriphoton: a really strong anti-meta deck is in the works here.
