idk fitn his has been made but i;ve enver seen it so;

i biked 15 miles to and from my friends work at a local town beach

played volleyball for 2 hours

did some push ups and abs when i got home too

nothing today yesterday we did a 6mile beach run followed by a shit load of push ups and flutter kicks, went to class lifted for about 2 hours went out and drank

i start up again tomorrow

i've been eating like 4,000 calories a day and it's mostly clean for the past few days...i'm very excited about the gym we have at school. can't wait to get in there!
